Returns & Refunds

All products purchased from the online store onezerocosmetics.lv are covered by warranty and return rights in accordance with Latvian law.
Under the Consumer Rights Protection Law and Cabinet Regulation No. 207 “Regulations on Distance Contracts”, customers have the right to return goods within 14 calendar days of receiving their order.

RETURN PROCEDURE

The customer must notify us of their intention to return a product within 14 days of receiving it, either by emailing info@onezerocosmetics.lv or by calling +371 26110801.
A purchase confirmation document (receipt, invoice, or delivery note) is required. Returned items must be in their original, undamaged packaging.

According to Section 12(6) of the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia, “the consumer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the goods while exercising the right of withdrawal.”

SIA Crystal Rose reserves the right to refuse a return or deduct compensation if the returned item is damaged.
Products cannot be returned if the original packaging is opened or damaged.

Items that cannot be verified as unused are non-returnable.
This includes cosmetic and haircare products with short shelf lives dependent on the date of opening (marked with an “open jar” symbol indicating the product’s period after opening).

In case of a return, shipping costs are borne by the customer, except when the reason for return is a defect or incorrect item received (e.g., broken dispenser, cracked glass, damaged cap).

Items purchased on sale or discount cannot be refunded, but may be exchanged for another product or a gift card of equivalent value.

SIA Crystal Rose guarantees a refund within 10 calendar days after receiving the returned package.
