Join the ONE:ZERO ambassador programme

Affiliate means partnership. You share content about our products and add your link. If someone makes a purchase on your recommendation, we pay you a 10% commission.

The commission is calculated on the amount the buyer actually pays for the products (after any discounts), excluding VAT and delivery. For example, if a buyer purchases a product for EUR 19.60 (incl. VAT), your commission is EUR 1.62.

You earn commission on the whole order, including products not mentioned in your content.

UGC (user-generated content) is content created by the people who use the products rather than by the brand, such as a video review. You send us the video together with your product link, and we use it in our ads on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram).

We put your own link in the ad, so Shopify Collabs automatically records every purchase made after a click on the ad, and you receive a 10% commission. If you also publish the content on your own channels, purchases from your content are tracked in the same way.

Anyone aged 18 or over who uses ONE:ZERO products. It does not matter whether you have a large audience, simply want to recommend products to friends, or only want to create videos for our ads.

To begin with, you create content with products you already have. It is important to us that you talk about what you really use.

In the “ONE:ZERO vēstneši” Telegram group we will announce upcoming campaigns where you can apply to receive products free of charge. For example: we are looking for 5 people to film a video following our example. Those who apply and are selected receive the product from us.

You keep the copyright to the video. By sending a video, you grant ONE:ZERO a free, non-exclusive right of unlimited duration to use it until you withdraw this permission:

• in ONE:ZERO ads on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram) and other digital channels;
• on the ONE:ZERO website and social media;
• in edited form: we may shorten, crop, adjust and add to the video (for example with subtitles, text or music) without changing the meaning of what you say.

You can withdraw your permission at any time by writing to info@onezerocosmetics.lv. Within 14 days we will then remove the video from active ads and stop using it in new publications. If you wish, we will also remove the video from posts already published on our social media.

By sending a video, you confirm that the video shows your face or features your voice, that it does not include other people without their consent, and that it does not use music or other material you do not have the rights to.

ONE:ZERO processes your name, contact details, social media profiles and videos showing your image and voice in order to run the programme, make payouts and advertise. Data in Shopify Collabs is also processed by Shopify. You can find more information in our privacy policy.

The programme runs on Shopify Collabs, Shopify's collaboration platform where you get your unique link and see your statistics and earned commission.

For convenience, install the Shopify Collabs app on your phone. Collabs is currently available in English.

1. Click the “Apply” button at the top of this page. The system will ask you to log in with a Shopify account. If you do not have one, you can create it for free.
2. Fill in the application form and add your social media profiles. You do not need thousands of followers.
3. The ONE:ZERO team will review your application, usually within 1-3 working days. You will receive the approval by email together with an invitation to join the ambassadors' Telegram group “ONE:ZERO vēstneši”.
4. Once approved, you will find your affiliate link in your Collabs account. Purchases made through your link are automatically credited to you.
5. In your Collabs account, activate payouts once and choose a payout method: PayPal or bank transfer.

Video: how to apply and get your link

It is a unique link that Shopify Collabs creates just for you, for example collabs.shop/28eny8. If someone buys a product after opening this link, the system automatically records that the sale happened thanks to you.

1. Open the Shopify Collabs app or your profile.
2. Find the ONE:ZERO programme.
3. Click “Get affiliate link”.
4. Copy the link and use it on social media, your blog or elsewhere.

If you create a UGC video, add the product link when you upload the video (see the question “How do I send a UGC video?”).

Video: how to get your link

You can create a link to a specific product or one link to the whole store. Experience shows that product links work better: the buyer lands right on the product and only needs to add it to the cart and pay.

No. There are no discounts in the ambassador programme, because we want reviews to be genuine rather than driven by a discount.

Shopify Collabs stores the click on your link in the buyer's browser (in cookies). If the buyer returns and buys later on the same device and browser, the commission may still be credited to you. If the buyer deletes cookies or buys from another device, the purchase may not be tracked.

Payouts are made automatically through Shopify Collabs. To receive them, activate automatic payouts (via Hyperwallet) once in your Collabs account and choose a payout method, for example PayPal or bank transfer.

How payouts work:

1. After a purchase, the commission stays in “Pending” status for 30 days. During this time the buyer can return the product.
2. After that, the commission is approved and included in the next payout. Collabs makes payouts twice a month.
3. A payout is made when your accumulated balance is at least USD 25. A smaller amount is carried over to the next payout.

Collabs pays out in US dollars. If you receive euros, the payment system may apply a currency conversion fee.

If the order is cancelled or fully refunded within 30 days of purchase, the commission is cancelled. In case of a partial refund, the commission may be reduced.

There is no upper limit on commission. The more purchases are made on your recommendation, the more you earn.

No, for a video you send you receive only the commission on purchases. If your video performs well in ads, we will contact you and may agree on paid content creation.

The commission is your income. Declaring it and paying taxes in accordance with Latvian law is your responsibility. If you have questions, consult the State Revenue Service (VID) or an accountant.

In the Shopify Collabs dashboard you will see the number of clicks, the number of orders and the commission earned.

ONE:ZERO Cosmetics has created UGC content guidelines. You will find them, along with examples of successful content, in this video: UGC content guidelines.

Yes. If you publish content with your affiliate link, it is advertising, because you receive a reward for it. According to the guidelines for influencers of the Consumer Rights Protection Centre (PTAC), this must be stated clearly and in an immediately visible place:

• use the platform's “Paid partnership” feature if it is available;
• at the beginning of the text, add “#reklāma” or “#sadarbība ar @onezerocosmetics” (in English, for example “#ad”);
• in a video or story, the label must be visible the whole time or at least at the start, not only in the description under “More”;
• if you received the product from us free of charge, you must state this too, even if the content has no link.

Do not claim that a product does something it does not (for example, that it treats diseases). Cosmetics advertising may only describe your own experience and the properties stated in the product description.

You do not need to label the UGC videos you send to us: ONE:ZERO labels the ads.

Upload your video using the “Send us your UGC video” form at the bottom of this page. In the form, enter:

• your first and last name;
• your email;
• your phone number;
• your Collabs link to the product the video is about (optional).

The link is optional, but if you add it, we put it in the ad so that purchases are credited to you.

Yes, you can deactivate your account at any time. We recommend deactivating it only once all the commission you have earned has been paid out, because during the 30-day waiting period it is not yet available. If you also want us to stop using your videos, write to info@onezerocosmetics.lv.

Yes. We may end the collaboration if the content is misleading, is not labelled as advertising, harms the brand's reputation, or if someone tries to obtain commission unfairly (for example, through fake purchases or purchases via their own link).
