Shipping policy

We dispatch orders within 1-2 business days. Orders within Latvia are delivered to your selected Omniva or DPD parcel locker within 1-5 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, we can provide a tracking number upon request.

Latvia

• Delivery to an Omniva or DPD parcel locker - 3.50 EUR.
• Delivery to a parcel locker is free for orders of 75 EUR or more.
• In-store pickup in Rēzekne - 1.50 EUR.

Payment: card, Apple Pay, Google Pay.

Unopened and unused products can be returned within 14 days.

Lithuania and Estonia

• Delivery to an Omniva or DPD parcel locker - 5.50 EUR.
• Delivery to a parcel locker is free for orders of 50 EUR or more.

European Union and other countries

Orders to other countries are delivered by courier. Delivery costs are calculated automatically during checkout based on the destination and parcel size.
