Shipping policy

Orders within Latvia are delivered to your selected Omniva parcel locker within 1–5 business days.

Final delivery costs are calculated automatically during checkout based on the destination country and parcel size. Once your order has been dispatched, we can provide a tracking number upon request.

Latvia

Delivery to an Omniva parcel locker:

  • Delivery to an Omniva or DPD parcel locker – 3.50 EUR
  • Delivery to a parcel locker is free for orders of 50 EUR or more.
  • In-store pickup in Rēzekne – 1.60 EUR

Payment: card, Apple Pay, Google Pay.

Unopened and unused products can be returned within 14 days.

Lithuania and Estonia

  • Delivery via Omniva parcel locker 4.50 EUR
  • Delivery via DPD parcel locker 5.50 EUR

European Union

Orders to other European Union countries are delivered using the Omniva courier service. Delivery costs are calculated automatically during checkout based on the destination and parcel size.
