Cancellation policy
Some ONE:ZERO products in the online store www.onezerocosmetics.lv can be purchased as a subscription. This policy explains how a subscription works and how to cancel it.
1. How a subscription works
You choose a subscription on the product page and select the delivery frequency. Available frequencies range from every 10 weeks to every 6 months, depending on the product. The discounted subscription price and the selected frequency are shown on the product page and at checkout.
You pay for the first order at checkout. Each following order is charged automatically to the same payment card on its billing date, and the product is shipped to the address given in the order.
There is no minimum term and no minimum number of orders.
2. Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time, free of charge, in two ways:
- Yourself, in your account. Log in to your ONE:ZERO account at onezerocosmetics.lv (the person icon at the top: enter your email and you will receive a login code). The account menu has a "Subscription" section. All your active subscriptions are listed there: open the one you want and choose to cancel it.
- With our help. Email us at info@onezerocosmetics.lv or call +371 26110801, giving the email address used for the subscription, and we will cancel it for you.
To avoid the next charge, the subscription must be cancelled before the next billing date. After cancellation, no further payments are taken and no new orders are created.
3. Changes and returns
To change the delivery address, frequency or product, email us at info@onezerocosmetics.lv. Subscription orders you have already received carry the same right of withdrawal as any other purchase, as described in our refund policy.
